Quince Orchard and RSS/XML
What is RSS?
RSS is a format for syndicating news and the content of news-like sites. Pretty much anything that can be broken down into discrete items can be syndicated via RSS. Once information about each item is in RSS format, an RSS-aware program can check the feed for changes and react to the changes in an appropriate way. (xml.com)

Using the Feeds - RSS Aware Programs
You may not be familiar with news feeds but they really are easy to use. First, download a news reader application like Pluck (Windows IE), Sage (Mozilla Firefox) or Ranchero Software's NetNewsWire (Mac). Then, follow the instructions to point the news reader to the xml file which contains the information you want to read. For instance, http://www.qohs.org/xml/news.xml. See Google for more about RSS news readers.
