QO Web Validation and Accessibility

Making our Pages Accessible to all Visitors

We take the responsibility of delivering our content in an accessible manner very seriously. We understand that there are people with disabilities who would very much like access to our information. This is why we make every effort to develop pages that are accessible (as defined by the section 508 website of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act and the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). Though following these guidelines does not ensure that everyone with a disability will be able to view our content, it does mean that much more of our content will be available than would have been had we done nothing.

Each page in our site is also available in a text only version. You can access the text version of our site by clicking on the "text only" link at the top of any page. To turn the styles back on, just click on the "style" link.

Many of our pages are accessible without the use of your mouse. Holding the alt key while pressing the designated letter will give you access to that section of the web page. Here are some examples:

Valid CSS!CSS Validation

Select a CSS document to check its validity.

It is the goal of our web team to keep presentation and content completely separate with each page we make (semantic HTML). In order to aide this goal every effort is made to ensure that the style sheets we use are correct and valid. This is why each style sheet is tested using the W3C CSS validation software.
