WHERE: Quince Orchard High School, Gaithersburg, MD
SANCTION: MPSSAA Sanctioned
DETAILS
The Cougar Relays will be held Saturday March 28, 2009 and the Order of Events is below. The meet will be open to the first 18-25 teams that commit. Commit as soon as possible by filling out the online Intent to Participate form. Events will begin at 9:00 AM. A coaches meeting will be at 8:30, near the finish line.
FACILITIES: Quince Orchard’s track is a 6 lane all weather track, and spikes are allowed. The track is wearing thin in some spots, but we’ll make due. Spectators will be charged admission at the gate ($5 for adults, $3 for students (with ID), $2 for children.
AWARDS: Medals to the winning relay team and ribbons for the second through 6th place teams. A trophy will be awarded to the team champion for each gender. In addition, there will be a special plaque to the boy and girl winner of “The Devil Takes the Hindmost.”

- Sprint Medley (400, 200, 200, 800)
DEADLINES: Entry Fee and Entries are DUE by Monday, March 23, 2009
